At New Old Me, we believe in providing you with quality products only. If you believe your merchandise to be defective, just mail it back to us and we'll determine the case. Any purchases found to be defective, will be replaced.
We ship globally, all product shipping is free of charge.
Purchased items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of placing an order. Please allow 7-10 business for domestic delivery and 10-15 for international delivery.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days from when shipment is received. All items must be in their original packaging. Exchanges are dependent on stock existing. Customers are financially responsible for shipping returned items. Please provide an itemised receipt of the postage/shipping costs and we will refund you this amount. To request a refund or exchange please contact email@example.com.
We endeavor to respond to all inquires within 48 hours, where possible.
Although an item may appear in stock in our store, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. We will notify you via e-mail if this ever the case.
